Shipping policy

Preorder items are produced after the preorder window closes.

Production (after preorder closes): 1–3 days
Shipping time (U.S.): 9–14 days
Estimated delivery: 10–17 days from the preorder close date
Flat rate: Shipping is included in the price — no extra fees at checkout.
Mixed orders: If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the order ships together once production is complete.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Note: The 10–17 day timeline begins once the preorder window closes, not when you place your order.
