Refund & Return Policy

All items from Souf of Eden are created through a made-to-order, preorder model. Because of this, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soe@soufofeden.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, Souf of Eden is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims and do our best to help resolve the issue.
